Description/Blazon
133d Army Band Baldric

Symbolism
The regalia design is based upon elements of the Washington Army National Guard shoulder sleeve insignia (SSI) and distinctive unit insignia (DUI).  The black raven issuing from the coronet relates to the family crest of George Washington.  The stylized snow capped mountain peak refers to Mount Rainier, the state's best known landmark.  The sunburst symbolizes the Philippine Presidential Unit Citation; the three stars represent World War II service in New Guinea, Luzon, and Southern Philippines; and the three stars with two horizontal bars also appear on the coat of arms of George Washington.  The colors, scarlet, blue, and gold refer to the three combat arms, Artillery, Infantry, and Armor.

The band regalia were authorized on 25 March 2010.
